One of the hidden gems within The IIA Research Foudnation’s portfolio of intellectual property is the Internal Audit Capability Model (IA-CM) for the Public Sector (2009). The process guidance that is found within this framework targets the public sector, however, the model transcends is applicable to any internal audit organization within any industry. Overall, the IA-CM provides a long-term roadmap for organizational improvement.

This Webinar will:

·         Explain capability maturity models in general and provide a foundation to realize the potential benefits of leveraging this roadmap and other complementary frameworks to realize the end-goals of business and organizational change.

·         Dive into the initial process requirements that relate to your job and which govern the internal audit function.

·         Build your knowledge on the IA-CM and create understanding on the risks and pitfalls of organizational (human) change.

·         Arm you with enough knowledge to allow you to create a successful program charter that moves you from strategy to implementation.
